ZUMBA
We are starting a ZUMBA class at Pilates Pickering!
We will be offering ZUMBA classes starting Thursday, February 4th at 6:30 pm and Friday February 5th at 6 pm. Space is limited so sign up soon! ( we will only have 6 people per class)
Initially we will offer 4 week sessions: $40 per 4 week session payable the first class, once a week.
For drop ins it's $12 per class. Please bring exact change!
What is ZUMBA?
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness workout. The basis for Zumba's great success is how it makes you FEEL. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and allow the music to take them on a fitness journey.
What to expect in class
This one hour workout will make you sweat, salsa and belly shake away all those unwanted calories. Zumba will strengthen your heart and character, and will always leave you coming back for more!!! Ever wonder why Shakira looks so good? Come out to find out, get your sweat on.... and dance like nobody's watching!
(All levels are welcome, no dance experience required.)
YOGA
We will be offering YOGA at Pilates Pickering with a new instructor starting in February on Thursdays from 7:45 pm to 9 pm.
