Each day we will scale down WOD to accomodate different fitness levels:
Lion - advanced
Jaquar - intermediate
Cat - Beginner
Kitten - Kids, ( kids are pretty awesome, so they may be doing the lion work outs!), the elderly, people who are getting over injuries or for folks who have never worked out.
Tom and I are both Leos, so we decided to go with the feline theme.
You may fit into any of these categories. Only you would know. If you don't know,come for a class and we can figure it out with you. Remember not to overdo it your first day. Many have, and then walked a little funny for a few days! Moderation is key when you're starting out.

You do not want to overtrain.
One of the things I always stress to my clients is: DRINK LOTS OF GOOD WATER!!!! 2 to 3 liters a day is key.
