What is CrossFit for mommies and babies and how is it different from a big box gym ?
It is for a new mom who is looking at getting FIT again.
This is for a mom who wants to bring her baby to a class.
We use constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements
We train really hard and have FUN!
We don’t use machines and gimmicks.
You will lose your baby fat and be fitter than you’ve ever been!
We are knowledgeable in anatomy and injuries
Every workout is measureable and different
New skills every class – plyometrics boxes, pull up bars, kettlebells, ropes, ladders, medicine balls etc…
Small intimate classes – 10 moms maximum!
Our mommy and baby class is a bit different from a regular CrossFit Class. This is because we do the group warm-up together (1-4 minutes), we do the strength training together (20-25 minutes) and then we split into groups for the timed, CrossFit "Workout of the day". This way there will be half the moms to watch the little ones, so you aren't distracted during your workout. During the strength training portion of class there is plenty of time between sets to mind your little one.
Our classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Mondays: 10:15 am
Wednesdays: 10 am
Fridays: 10 am
It’s 150$ per month or $20 drop in fee.
