Our Introductory Program - 4 sessions that go through the basic methodology and Crossfit Excercises. rates and more info
Once you've completed either the Bootcamp or Intro Program you are ready to join our group classes. We have 2 easy ways to join the groups: pay per class or do unlimited monthly classes or memberships for a low rate. there is no contract to sign, no sales pitch, come and try the Koolaid!
You can also do Private or Semi private classes. We have husband and wife teams who just love it!
Pilates:
We will be offering more Introductory group classes in the next month or so and opening up our hours. In the meantime you can book a private class and see if Pilates is the workout choice for you. We work with many rehab clients, athletes, pre and post natal and can scale down and modify a work out to address any fitness level. I've been known to teach clients with broken ankles, new hips, new knees etc...
