3 or 5 days per week for 4 weeks.
Each day brings a different, inspiring workout. Breaking free of your comfort zone will teach you to expect the best, not only for your physical fitness, but also for your mental strength and overall well-being. And, more likely than not, you'll have so much fun on your way there.
Our common-sense nutrition plan will help jumpstart a life-long appreciation for wellness. We'll supply you with information material on good nutritional choices, proper portion sizes, and the elements of a balanced diet.
Our program is both general and specific by design. We've had the opportunity to work with everyone from stay at home moms to people looking to train for their first marathon to elite athletes. Our program is for individuals who want to commit to making a change in their life with the support of a strong community, no matter what walk of life they are coming from.
