lol.I broke and dislocated my left hand...I have been in bed on pain killers..haha...will try to do a seriously modified version of this tonight.

I've been missing the workouts too. My knees are really giving me problems in day-to-day life so giving them a rest. Will try and make it out for today's workout. I like abs!

charmain, you have to do your tfl strengthening exercises… if you don’t remember what those are, I can show you. Try to come tonight. I’m teaching at 5:50 pm or come at noon.
My math skills suck! Can’t count the weights at all! Next time, you are pr’ing Brock cuz I will use a calculator. Erika, no prob, I can modify everything for you!
