Crossfit Games started today. Watch live coverage @ http://live.crossfit.com/ . These people are monsters. A Master almost deadlift 505lbs it was crazy.

congrats to Brock/Charmain on your PR's! Life out here in BC is going well but isn't quite teh same without you guys at CF Pickering. My brother and I are training out of CrossFit North Vancouver and I finally have been hitting PR's again. Goodluck with your training.

Alex, I miss you! I did snatches this week with Tom and he was impressed with my form (that's a HUGE compliment coming from him). The entire time I was doing them I saw you training me and correcting my form. I learned snatches properly because of you! BTW, I've gotten to a place with Operation Bootyshorts where I feel really good about how I look and feel plus the PRs are still coming!
