While on my trip to Hilton Head with my family, my dad, Tom and I had many talks about why my dad feels so sore, especially when he's down south when he's sweating more.
we've had him add a couple of things to his diet to help with muscle soreness, quicker recuperation from workouts. He drinks a lot of water, but that doesn't seem to help.
My dad now takes:
Mag Cal Formula 2 from Genestra - Tom and I swear by this product! It's just amazing. Anytime I feel my muscles getting crampy or restless, i take 1 of these babies and within half an hour, RELIEF!
A men's multi - High in Bs. I also really like the multi Liquid B from Genestra, as it's liquid, and absorbs fast. Especially being pregnant, I lose a lot of Bs. people who exercise in general, lose a lot of Bs. so always a good idea. If you're finding that you're getting some kind of insomnia, you may be low in Bs. Especially if you wake up in the middle of the night and feel restless.

We have my dad taking all these things and he's feeling so much better. The kids are taking endurlyte as well, as they get easily dehydrated. BTW, one of the first signs of dehydration is Fatigue and a headache. If your urine is dark, meaning yellow or darker, you need more water. If you're urine is bright yellow ( think fluorescent) then it's just Vit B coming out in your urine, nothing to worry about.
